We work with local, state, and federal agencies to submit and prosecute all identity fraud.

All applications are verified via Snappt and we report IP addresses of fraudulent application submissions.

CREDIT & INCOME VERIFICATION

Harlow Apartments uses Snappt to verify all applicants. After completing this online application, you will receive a separate email from Snappt requesting that the applicant upload the following documentation: (please be sure to check your spam folder)

The front and back of a government issued ID
The front and back of your social security card
3 Bank Statements as proof of income
4 Paystubs as proof of employment documentation.

We will check prior rental history as well as verify that your employment is current. Harlow apartments does not accept any hard copies in the employment verification process and YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL DOCUMENTATION IS SUBMITTED VIA SNAPPT. The standard rule of 3x the rent value in income as well as a minimum credit score of 600 Is required to be approved upon application. We can only hold your chosen unit at its price point for 5 DAYS, so we kindly ask that you be responsive in submitting documentation during the application process.
